The sturdy construction of the machine offers an high structural rigidity, assuring an extremely accurate finishing.
Hone feed system is given by a piston actuated by an hydraulic unit, and the rotation by a powerful electrical motor.
Thanks to the touch screen control system, positioned in front of the operator, it's possible to enter the working data that the integrated software will calculate, returning the optimised up/down speed and RPM of the hone.

This machine has been designed for the honing of cylinders. Thanks to its reliable structure it allows a simple and fast honing operation with the maximum of automation.
The Comec LEV 125 honing machine is equipped with a pneumatic piston for the up and down of the head whose speed is regulable. The head is mounted on a chromium-plated and lapped stem which runs on ball guides.
It is equipped with a coolant plant complete with setting tank, pump and splash guard.
