Truck and bus disc reconditioning is revolutionised by the development of the TD502. Without dismantling the disc for bench turning and instead minimising setup time with an on-board application of the disc lathe. Centred over the wheel lugs the assembly is made by flanges directly at the hub. This machine handles, Iveco, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Volvo,Man,Daf, Isuzu, Nissan, Ford and American Budwheel systems. A variety of flanges for 5-, 6-, 8-, 10- pins with various PCD’s. The machining is made by an integrated doubling turning tool with indexable inserts and the feed motion can be regulated steplessly.

TR1000 is a heavy-duty brake drum/disc lathe for trucks and cars.
Its design is based on the very successful TR1500.
We add the CPS 150 Dual wheel support and powered cross slide feed for disc turning (TR1995) to complete the package.
The main features of TR1000 are its 'structural strength & reliability' due to the extensive use of cast iron for all the fundamental components including the base and table.
The controls & adjustments simple to use and are positioned for ease of operator reach.
Big diameter drum (or disc) mounting is possible by the use of AP50 adapter set which includes a 50mm diameter arbor and a wide set of centering cones,
We recommended that the TDL adapter kit with it's a 30mm diameter arbor cones & bells be included to so the machine can handle truck and automotive.

The TR 2000 is a very advanced machine particularly suitable for the modern brake reconditioning of all vehicles. Due the possibility to rotate the upper table, the taper flywheel reconditioning is allowable too.
The intermittent feed in both ways eliminates the "thread" effect in accordance with the modern requirement. On behalf of an automatic adjuster the feed can variate to suit the requested finish.
The spindle speed is fully adjustable from 10 up to 120 RPM on behalf of an hydraulic speed variator, actuated by an electronic push button device.
In order to eliminate all vibrations the machine frame is duly ripped to increase its rigidity. The switchboard is placed in a convenient position and it holds all the controls including the digital display.
